It is indeed very difficult to keep updating the blog regularly and to do that you need things to happen regularly. When I started this blog I wanted to post my learning as a faculty from the team building programs that I conduct. But as I have joined the Indian School of Business as a Student, I am really unable to generate enough material to post in this blog.

In deep water, on a raft built by us
Since last 4 years I had been conducting a lot of Team Building programs. As a faculty I worked with ISB, IIIF, JNTU, Infosys Technologies, Satyam Computers, Ivy Comptech, Sierra Atlantic, Dr. Reddy's, Brigade Corporation, Naval Dockyard Vizag, and so on. Coming from a non-HR/Training background, I approached these programs from a practical point of view, while using the various theoretical models. I would like to share my experiences of team building, which I hope would be of some value to you.

The environment the focus of attention is on the training need and the participants are able to concentrate on the Team Building Activities.
